1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order or subscription, contact customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees, depending on the service purchased. Some services may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been processed or activated.

1.2 Business-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order or subscription due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, technical issues, or non-compliance with our terms of service. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
